Actually, judging by the leading edge of the vertical stabilizers (as well as the small square 'bypass inlets' in the wing chines, etc.) , I'd say it's more likely a Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-35 (aka "Микоян МиГ-35). Since it's a direct offshoot of the MiG-29, the NATO name of this aircraft is the "Fulcrum-F."
