The Su-27 is a single seat fighter. The Su-32 is a two seat (side by side) bomber variant, NATO designated "Fullback" I think. Both the Flanker and the Fullback have very similar airframes

As far as I know all SU27s are two seat planes. They have so many models that it's hard to say just which it is but it's not a 27.
