great pic. if memory serves me, the YB 49 was jet powered with Allison engines. Only a handful were near completion and it was a development from the YB 35, powered with props. Many get confused with the current B2 Spirit. The main difference is the four fins that are not on the B2.

lucille80 - you may be thinking of the Rockwell B-2 Bomber. This photo is from the 1950's.
