The JRV started to receive Thunderjets under MDAP in 1953, the last being withdrawn in 1974 when replaced by locally-built Galebs and Jastrebs. This one, formerly 51-10914, was displayed with a pair of Sabres and is recorded as still stored at Aerodrom Brnik.
