Performing your workouts in this fashion will raise your resting metabolic rate, build lean shapely muscles and natural fat burning. You will burn more calories and Fat Loss all over your body during a total body workout.
Basically you eat whatever you want, for a whole day during the dieting cycle. The cycle can be a week or less if you want! But this influx of carbs and fat that you have been starving yourself from, allows your metabolism to stay the same. And as we all know from before, you continue to burn fat off at the same rate, instead of plateauing a month into dieting.
