This is actually propaganda. It's highly unlikely this plane will ever see service. Even if it did, it'd still be decades behind the F-22 and F-35. The USAF is undeniably the biggest and most technologically advanced Air Force in the world, and the US spends more than twice as much as the ENTIRE European Union on its military. The US spends over 10x as much as Russia does. There's really no comparison.

The concept art for the plane LOOKS nice though.
